Loving all things Kaffe? Well we have an assortment of goodies for you all ready to take home from the Quilt and Craft Show at Darling Harbor...Yes, it's the time of year when every sentence starts with "After dh we'll..." rest, sew, sleep, clean and generally start planning for next year's dh. Like Christmas, all dates revolve around this one.
So, what do we have for you? We know you want as many raffle tickets for the Kaffe Fassett & Brandon Mably workshops AND Kim Mclean! so we took a good hard look at what we had in the way of Kaffe and packaged it up...just for you...except for what we keep for ourselves...oops, did I say that?
The Kaffe Fassett Beginner Sampler, (made by Wendy Williams for our beginner classes) has been such a raging success that we will offer it as a block of the month.
This quilt has broad appeal since it has lots of fun blocks, lots of great Kaffe Fassett fabrics and...well...lots of fun built right in. We call it a beginner sampler but if you are an experienced quilter we'll let you do it anyway!
Another easy quilt that will get you in the raffle is Red Center.
Recently featured in Better Homes and Gardens, Red Center has been our most popular selling kit ever! We just keep making them up so if you haven't had a chance to get one, come see us at stall E28. Fun and easy and gorgeous (just like us!)...what more could we want?
Maybe applique? and if so how about the Kim McClean Lollipop Trees BOM
We will be starting this block of the month again in August. Spots are limited as we already have a list of patient waiting quilters but if you want to see it, visit us and have a look at the real thing! Lollipop me in the mail...ha ha, dad joke. You might already be on the waiting list so don't panic!!! We are gearing up to finalize the list after dh, get it?
What else...hmmm....Kaffe Fassett new and old book titles in limited supply...and...well, we have the entire new line of hotter than hot new Kaffe Fassett range arriving in store for packing up for the show just for you!!!
books that you might have missed first time around..
Is that enough? If not come and see the rest including nicely priced Block Party kits (small easy kits for throws and cot quitls) in Kaffe, and Gone to Bali...my new quilt to be featured in the next Quilters Companion.
now tilt your head to the side because I am out of time and check out Wendy Williams Blooms
ahhh. I am simply out of breath from thinking all this through. Looking forward to sharing soon! kathy.
I agree, The energy and colors of this simple pattern make it a project that will impress all.
What are the finished dimensions of this quilt?

How could those of us in North America get our hands on that Red Centre quilt kit/pattern? I know I've asked before, but I ADORE that beauty! Thanks!

I'd be interested in hearing. The TOS seems rather clear that it is not unless expressly approved by Amazon. I guess if the library got it in writing then they would be ok.
